1.   The House is expected to pass the measure by an overwhelming Margin Wednesday.

2.   The measure was overwhelmingly passed by both Houses of Congress this week.

3.   With the new dynamic of California politics, getting any ballot measure passed with just Anglo votes is fast becoming impossible.

4.   The legislature has passed a measure aimed at protecting consumers.

5.   Congress may pass measures of constitutional significance, for example, certain stipulations of electoral law or the War Powers Act.
